Goal shouter definitely showed the red card and I had no problems with it today. Managed to turn it around again only to lose the lead for another countless time this season. Had we held out today and last week we would’ve been well placed for a strong finish to possibly see us into the playoffs. However we now find ourselves 11 points off with 8 games to go and in my opinion that definitely is too much to make up. The div 1 south over the years requires a points total of about 69-71 minimum for the playoffs and our maximum points return is now 66. Therefore even if we did the impossible and went on an 8 game winning run I think we would still fall short. Nevertheless I’ll still be following home and away when I can right till the end of April. What a difference Challinor made when he came on experience and knowledge we need him and players like him Burgess two more goals puts him on 6 I think that's more than our strikers have scored massively underrated gives 110% every game Our captain Duffy clueless not a leader for me just hoofs it forward rarely finds a team mate Changes needed push the players that want it lose the ones that don't!!

Spot on re Challs and Burgess dwatch but Duffy I just cant agree. Think he's actually one of the best players we have and his loyalty and improvement since he joined has been recognised with the armband. He does have the odd off game granted but who doesn't. Just have to look at his performances last season which were consistently excellent.

Most players where consistant last season down to the fact we had a very settled line up each game but now seems to change every week

Update Burgess actually has scored 10 goals this season which makes him our top goal scorer which says everything about too many changes up front but what can be done if players are not on contract and teams come in offering better deals or perhaps just easier options regarding traveling distances etc

Carry on as normal I think Chewy, push on as normal, finish the season as strong as possible, looking at our fixtures we have a real ability to be able to ruin some promotion/playoff parties and we absolutely have to do that. We must keep trying to play decent football. Transfer deadline is imminent I think, either this week or next so presuming it is the intention of the club to keep Drury on, any new players will have to come in the summer but in all honesty its going to be difficult attracting players at this stage of the season considering our league position and any potential league change next season. Although have seen on twitter we've signed a young lad from Peterborough Deaf who Drury has been impressed with, so might see him get a run out nearer the end of the season. Need the fans to keep coming as well, no point no longer attending just because there might not be any end product, so it works both ways. Think any solid "Plan B" as you put it probably won't be getting implemented till the summer. I reckon we will and probably should keep Drury on but obviously down to the board. Will certainly be an interesting close season anyhow. Next season has to be a promotion winning one.

Well it looks like another season in the NPL due to the demise of North Ferriby, with the likelihood of Spalding being demoted, then If Peterborough Sports don’t get promoted they will be joining us in the NPL next season.
Do you keep him on if that happens? We’ve had 3 seasons of failure now in this league.

Im still inclined to say yes. And if it is a yes, he has 8-10 games to have us comfortably in the top 5, if not the top 3. If not he's out.
