Too many bad passes and hoof ball with no thought as to a pass we scored a great goal right at the end of the first half, sadly from there we capitulated and allowed them to come at us again a and again and down hill in the rain at Frickley there is only going to be one winner admittedly two of their goals were stunners and over head kick and a great first time shot over dan but the other two were a nice and easy tap in from some poor defending and aLast minute goal that we allowed there lad to just walk right through us not good enough really to be honest they probably could have had more as well.

We all know Frickley is a tough place to play, and the home side knew exactly how to maximise home advantage. We probably just shaded the first half (downhill) and I reckon deserved the lead. That said, we only had 2 chances apart from the OBH goal, a John Sands header from a corner, and a tame Jake Duffy shot. In the 2nd half we were insipid up front. Sands didn’t look fit enough I’m afraid and Seal did little more. They deserved to win, but I personally don’t think 4-1 was fair. 2 of their goals were great goals that on most days would have ended up on the slag heap. Overall though, they played the conditions well and deserved to win. With everyone else in the top 7 winning, it was a bad day at the office for us. If we want to make the play offs, we need to be better (obviously)

Maybe lost causes is more appropriate and I am not referring to the Dannies.

Any likelihood that you will be relegated tony it looks like everyone is trying to avoid the one spot although Workington have games in hand and ferriby are gone I should imagine it may be only the last place that you need to avoid
