We have 13. I think that's about right. Maybe one more? 15 is too many and leaves people sitting around in the cold for too long.

Stick your name on the list then Paul, and you're in. We have kit you can use. You're a regular fan so it's correct that you should play if you want. 14 players is fine. It's when you have more than 3 subs that it becomes too much

Won 3-2...
I missed a sitter, got a goal chalked off for apparent offside - and gifted MENCAP their 2nd goal..
All in all a good afternoon!!!

Yea, enjoyed today again. Back 5 was solid, and we played some good stuff up front at times too. I love playing 11 a side. When's the next game.

Enjoyed my first glimpse of the DISC Destroyers - but it was bloody cold, though. To be honest I took more notice of the women's match next door to see if goal scorers did a Dotty Cotton and removed their shirts. Alas, no. But tbh some of the Disc man boobs would have put them to shame.
What a novelty to see a referee who strolled around with his hands in his pockets and had a dog whistle which is inaudible to humans and which he couldn't find most of the time, resulting in blatant fouls, hand balls and offsides going unchecked. After how much grief these same DISC people dish out to the brilliant refs we get at the VC every match, I just couldn't believe how meekly they accepted this refs decisions (or lack of). Probably because two of our goals benefitted from these lapses - the other goal was a cracker though.
I wasn't too impressed with the tactic of playing Mister Blobby at centre-half... but to bring on his older and even fatter brother in midfield in the second half was a master stroke! Someof his deft touches were genius and this Guy was easily MOTM. Lose about five stones and ten years and he would walk into the Daniels team.
Joking apart, well done lads.

That's the last time I wear my pink and yellow spotted playing shirt!
