Well where do i start ?? i think first i got to thank phill bee, jeremy , and the chairman for making me feel settled at the club.. Also got to thank physio becs for so many laughs she was quality plus emma for her discracefull taste i.e sugar puff man ;D ... But biggest thanks has to go to the fans what can i say pritch did say to me you were a quality lot but my god didnt expect the sort of support i recieved absolutely unreal i know to some i wasnt there cup of tea and thats fine they have there view but all i wanted to do was entertain the crowd and of course help us win and i have to say there was no better feeling then hearing you break into we love you kirky and the great banter we had with the grantham fans quality stuff anyway as you already know it says i have signed for boston what i have actually done is agreed to go there if i havent signed for a pro club by august 8 im training with a club next week so fingers crossed it works out there for me anyway thanks again to everyone and il definately be up to watch a game soon. all the best to everyone at the club kirky

Nice one Tyrone, thanks for posting
I know I don't just speak for myself here when I say that it's been a sheer privelege to watch you over the past few seasons and I wish you the very best wherever you end up.

Good look tyrone, will miss your tricky runs. The way you went past defenders, you used to make them look like fools. I have been coming to stamford since the Vase days and you were the most entertaining player i have seen up at wothorpe road . Class above

Cheers for posting Tyrone.. As Gumbo says, you will be missed. (ps it was he who made up the lyrics to 'we love you Kirky' so he deserves the plaudits!). Hope it works out for you at the pro-club you're training with. Are you allowed to say who it is?
I posted this on another thread so thought i'd copy it here... -
I know players come and go, and it's not ideal that players like Clarke, Gray, and Pearson have moved on, but with Kirk it feels different for me. I've watched good levels of football in various countries, and I can honestly say i've never seen anyone whose skill has given me more pleasure than Tyrone. Seeing defenders bewildered on the left wing as he skinned 3 or 4 of them was a true pleasure. I'm no fancy dan loving new age football fan. Normally i'd have a Stuart Pearce over a Cristiano Ronaldo, but I did love watching Kirk. Yes, maybe he didn't track back as much as he could, but I couldn't give a shit personally. He created 4-5 good chances every game and was supreme all season. The fact he stayed loyal the other year also resonates massively.
Hope we get Boston in the cup - Certainly won't be any 'Stamford reject' or Booing from me. Good luck - hope it works out.

Cheers, Kirky. You were a class player this season and worthy of playing at a higher level, i'd like to thank you for the contribution you made playing for Stamford AFC and wish you all the best for the future.

Can't really take the credit for the "We Love You Kirky" lyrics - it's what gooners used to sing to Freddie Ljungberg back in the day when he scored several crucial goals to help the Arsenal on the way to a double winning season in 2001/02 and, obviously, when he had hair...
Although replacing the words "Freddie" with "Kirky" and "Arsenal" with "Stamford Town" did display incredible ingenuity.
